A Momentous Photo - Pictured here are the Joseph L. Horrs and the George W. Reeses on top of Electric Peak. The photo was taken on August 1, 1892, during a visit which the Horrs made from Dubuque, Iowa, to the Upper Yellowstone. Having made the trip are (left to right) Mrs. Reese, Mrs. Horr, Joseph L. Horr, George Reese (very dark against the horse, but with his dog - white spot on head - beside him) and unknown. |
